I trained customer care today, it was rather easier then I thought. At customer care I do returns, lotto, refunds, western unions, money orders and some other stupid stuff but it was easy. I just haven�t had the chance to do a western union yet by myself or actually see one done. So that�s my only problem at the moment. I am a pro at answering the phones. So that�s a plus. I�ve got done the majestic of it. I know now I will do fine without fear or hesitation. I just have to be prepared. |
